What is your position on Copyrighting voices and writing styles? Is that even possible?

Abortion Rights as Mandated by a State: Should a patient be able to sue a doctor who refuses to treat a women who dies because of a pregnancy complication when the doctor could have saved her but did not because he$/$she would have violated the sate law regarding abortion.
