I'm submitting my topic and my target behavior with an operational definition a one-paragraph summary below.

Topic: Reducing Screen Time Operational Definition: Limiting my screen time to 2 hours per day (excluding work-related activities). Summary of Plan: I plan to set a specific daily schedule for my screen time and use a timer to ensure that I stick to it. I will also find alternative activities to do instead of spending time on my phone or computer, such as reading a book or going for a walk. Additionally, I will turn off notifications on my phone to reduce the urge to check it constantly. Finally, I will track my progress using a habit tracker app and reward myself for sticking to my goals. By implementing these strategies, I hope to reduce my screen time and improve my overall well-being.
