Submit your work as a single zip file. It should consist of three parts: $1.$ A screenshot of your ER diagram. $2.$ CSV files consisting of mock data $($one for each table$).3.$ A description of each table in your database; disclose the name and data type of each field; identify the primary key and the foreign key. Part $1$ and part $3$ should be combined into a single pdf document.
