I am reviewing Section VII ofCourts by Cassia Spohn and Craigh Hemmen. I want to discuss the role of capital punishment in American society and the dynamics of capital punishment, both in the way that the sentence is applied and in juries' difficulty predicting the future dangerousness of offenders.

Then looking to compare one case discussed by Attorney Stevenson inJust Mercy. Identify how any one (or more) of the cases reflected (or did not reflect) the dynamics of capital punishment that were reflected in the book and lecture.
