2. Choose a leader whom you regard as an icon in real life (political, economic, financial, spiritual etc.) Examine the model and style of leadership that best describes this identified leader and further elaborate why you think this leader is/was successfull.
3. Choose a leader or manager from any department in your organisation (workplace) and

• compare his/her traits with that of the identified leader in question 2 above and
• deduce why this company leader or manager makes a positive contribution in your organisation.
