The poor people who must get what they can by attention free public schools while the wealthy with new clothes, well fed and a great school that they parents set them up with, the wealthy group will have everything needed in front of them, all they have to do is try. And while growing up in poverty, most kids who live in poverty have weakened their confidence levels when comparing the two.
