The paper should address each of the Big Six Competencies and the significance of each to your personal and professional success with examples of growth and/or reflection in these competencies since beginning the program. Reflect on your past and present experiences and incorporate how you will apply this knowledge going forward. Professional examples should be used whenever possible but personal growth and development is also appropriate. You may also use specific examples from classes you have taken. Describes how your leadership competencies apply to your career field and area of study. So what might this look like when it's all put together?
