Summary: On May 15, 2017 a Learjet 35A with the tail number of N452DA crashed into a building and impacted the parking lot while on approach to Teterboro Airport. The aircraft departed from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was heading to Teterboro Airport (TEB), Teterboro, New Jersey flying instrument flying rules (IFR).
