Suppose a study was carried out, to find out about the relationship between obesity and diabetics between men and women for a population of 1,000. The number of men were 350, and the rest were women. 150 of the study population were diagnosed with diabetes, of which 40 were men, and the rest were women. The average BMI for men was 33, and for women was 35. Average weight for men was 77kg, while women was 80 kg. Height mean was 1.7 for men and 1.5 for women. The data was also examined by race, that is African, white, colored, and Indian.
