the ordinal column represents the order of the target node among its siblings,

the tag column node represents the label of the target node,

the flag column indicates the node-type: leaf or non-leaf,

and the value column indicates the nodes textual contents.

Q: how to convert the following table (which is in FoxPro table format) into XML file. The XML tree has to match the columns of the table.
