THe sample mean wait time was 8 hours with a sample standard deviation of 4 hours.

Construct a 95% confidence interval for the population mean time wasted.

2. Sketch the graph.
3. Calculate the error bound.

I am most concerned with the graph... i am having a hard time with it.
