In order to determine which company is best, you have to look at the way the company operates in the town where you will be driving. Each town will have its own approach to how they treat drivers and how they handle ethical issues.

Lyft is a better company than Uber because mentor drivers really care about their trainees. Mentors are good people who show their concern for others by checking in with them on a regular basis and asking how they are doing.

Lyft is a better company than Uber because Lyft drivers make more per hour than Uber drivers.
