Suppose that you have an Allen-Bradley Powerflex 4 adjustable frequency AC drive and you want to control it with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC that has a CM-1241 RS-485 communication module by using MODBUS-RTU protocol.

1- Based on the drive parameters list, just sort the needed parameter changes that you have to do for making the drive be suitable for MODBUS-RTU communication (9600-8N1)

2- Prepare a Tia Portal program that will commission the drive and run it with 25Hz reference speed for 5 seconds then 50Hz for 5 seconds and after that stop the drive.
