Susan and Jack are very good friends and both are trying to solve a problem at work. There has been some clients that have been past the due date for paying their invoices, however the accounts are one of the biggest ones and therefore stop servicing the account is not an option. Jack thinks that the team should continue to service the account and that they will eventually pay, Susan thinks that the client is taking advantage of their position as a large client and they are pushing them to see how much power they hold over them, she thinks that they should continue servicing the account, but also to notify them that they are past due and that if the fees are not covered by X TIME then they will no longer service the account. Susan agrees to say nothing and agree to Jack's approach because doesn't want to jeopardize their friendship in case the debate would escalate to an argument. What is Susan's style?
