If Susan is convicted (found guilty) her lawyer intends to argue that the judge should sentence her to "house arrest", which means she could just serve her sentence in her home instead of in a prison. Do you think section 2 of the Truth in Reporting About Government Act permits a judge to sentence her to house arrest, or must the judge sentence her to a term of imprisonment? Explain your answer.
