Suzan and Daniel married on 2012. They are lovely couple and have two kids. Daniel left Susan for his new girlfriend. Suzan, who are very upset and angry now ask Daniel to give their matrimonial home to her solely. Suzan draft an arrangement and ask Daniel to sign. The arrangement stated "....in consideration on the fact that Suzan take care of child and pay all charges in connection with the house until the mortgage repayment has been completed, Daniel agree to transfer the house to Suzan solely." On 20 November 2019, Daniel told Suzan that he refused to transfer the house to her. Advise Suzan on whether the trangement between her and Daniel are valid.
