ABC Company: Employee Expense Reimbursement Process Employees of the ABC Company can buy certain items/travel/meals required for their job (according to company policy) pay up front for these items with their own money. Later on the employees can submit proper Expense Reimbursement forms with receipts to get their money back from the company. Employees can submit the Expense Reimbursement form with receipts to the company secretary. The secretary examines their submitted paperwork and in case of any discrepancy she sends these back to the employees for correction. After her preliminary review the secretary forwards the complete paperwork to the Manager and manager makes sure that the employee expenses are permissible under company policy and may double check any amounts (against a maximum permissible amount according to company policy).The Manager can either approve the full amount or reduce the amount for any items in the employee form (based on company policy) and approve a lower amount
