An online store (named iStore) sells miscellaneous products, such as books, clothes, devices, etc. Customers can purchase products by visiting the iStores website. They could view the products available in the online store. Customers could also search for specific products by submitting the name of the product. To make a purchase order, customers have to select the products they would like to purchase (by placing them in a shopping cart). Before the customers make selections, the website will look up the inventory to check whether the selected products are available in stock. The customers are informed if the product(s) is (are) not available. Otherwise, customer can proceed by first entering the quantity for each product they select before adding them to the shopping cart. Next, customers provide personal information (e.g., name, email, address). Then, they provide payment information (e.g., credit card). iStore will verify the payment information and will inform the customers if the payment information is invalid. Otherwise, a purchase order is placed.
