Syura and Shahril are patners in Linex Textile Store. They were looking for a linen fabric because their store was out of stock. They met Jonathan in one dinner party organized by Jonathan's company who agreed to provide the materials. A week after the dinner, Jonathan came to their store to show the sample of a linen fabric which they were looking for. Looking into the sample brought by Jonathan, Syura and Shahril satisfied with the fabric as the quality is based on what they were looking for their store. They agreed to order 100 rolls of the linen fabric with different colours and paid a deposit of RM5000.00 out of RM10,000.00. After a month, Jonathan had delivered the fabric. However, Syura and Shahril were surprised and dissatisfied with the fabric as it was totally different from the sample shown before. The quality was not similar with the sample in which the fabric was very coarse and easily wrinkled. They wanted to return the fabric and get their deposit in return. Jonathan refused.
