T. Amajor brush fire breaks out in a California suburb. The hills are burned to a crisp. The cause of the re is clearly tied to improperly maintained eleetrioal equipment owned by Big Fewer. Several months later, after the fire is long extinguished, the area suffers through a tremendous series of thunderstorms. There is substantial flooding, the hillsides weaken, and eventually give way.
