You are to develop a software system for a client and are working on creating the software requirements specification document. The system is to be a mobile phone based tour guide that will lead users around a place of interest, providing information on various locations at the place of interest. The client tells you that one of the requirements is: "the system needs to be intuitive and easy to use".
