t is argued that one of the factors that affect decision making is management. It is true that management can be a stimulator or inhibitor of decision-making. If an employee works within the boundary set by the management or the company, there must be ways within which decisions can be optimized. It also not plausible to argue that if the decision-making environment is constrained to minimize risk, then an employee make decision with less risk. On the other hand, it is argued that decisions made in relatively risk-free environment are not optimal or not efficient. If this assertion is true, can we declare that decision-making environment constrained by management is inefficient? If it is inefficient, what can be done to make decision efficient
