T$-$Mobile is currently in the midst of a massive overhaul of its cybersecurity systems. T$-$Mobile has a cyber security problem and after half a decade, still hasn't been able to get a handle on it$.$ A hacker has breached their systems via an API, gaining access to postpaid and prepaid customer accounts. Read the attached article and discuss what are the reasons that T$-$Mobile is not able to patch its software and hardware vulnerabilities. Give suggestions based on what we had earned in class in terms of some security measures that T$-$Mobile can implement to safeguard customer$-$sensitive data.
