Please answer the following questions in less than a paragraph total.Review Table 3 on incident obesity by racial residential segregation, and interpret the hazard as you would a risk ratio or rate ratio.

What can you say about the effect of racial residential segregation on incident obesity based on the ratio measures? Use the "Discrete Time Hazard Model HRs" (Hazard Ratios) columns for your interpretations. Consider both the size/magnitude of the ratio measure as well as the 95% confidence intervals.
