Part#, Part Description, Part Quantity on Hand, Part Quantity Used for Each Installation, Installation#, Date of Installation, Address of the Installation, Work Hours of each employee for the Installation, Price Charged for the Installation, Employee#, Employee Name, Employee Contact Number.

Note: each Installation# needs at least two employees, and it is required to record the employees who made the (specific) installation; each Installation# can use multiple parts, and each Part# can be used in multiple Installations.
