Deliverables: BPMN Activity Model:

- Develop a clear and concise layout illustrating the relevant business processes crucial for financial statement development.

- UML Class Diagram: Make a UML class diagram serving as a reference point for AIS implementation.

- Recommendations for Successful Implementation: Provide strategic recommendations on how YNF can effectively implement the AIS.

Implementation in Access: Implement the UML class diagram using Microsoft Access. Include screenshots to demonstrate the implementation process.

Profitability Assessment: Analyze the profitability of YNF's operations and offer specific recommendations aligned with their business processes.
