Take some time to really look at the people around you. Think about some events in their lives that may have caused them to experience a temporary or permanent disability. Some of those disabilities may also be considered hidden disabilities.

• talk about what you see and know with these same people.
• talk about how you have interacted with them in past, and how you now plan to change some things.
