The paper; Make sure your reflection includes personal reflection on how you will apply what you have learned to your teambuilding skills, a connection to actual workplace settings, and ensure there is a connection to the articles we have been reading and to organizational behavior theory. It is okay if you think deeply and critically, coming up with different goal or contextual elements, as long as you explain and justify it well.
