First, if we agree with classifying the war as a market risk for corporations, explain your position by giving three reasons/factors/arguments/rationales. If you disagree, what type of risk would you classify the war as? Also, give three reasons/factors/arguments/rationales to support your position.

Secondly, as we all know, some companies are doing well, benefiting from the situation, however, many companies are negatively affected. What lesson can we learn from both well-performing and poor-performing companies with respect to risk management? Do those well-performing companies are doing well due to pure luck (the nature of their business) or something else? Is there something for those poorly-performing companies to do to mitigate the negative impact from the war before it happens? The purpose of this part of discussion is to summarize some lessons for the future. Try to give two explanations (other than the luck) of the good performance of some companies and two things that all companies might have done to mitigate the negative impact of the war before it happened.
