Other costs are incurred as follows: Tara currently charges R80 per haircut. Required (a) Calculate the breakeven point in number of haircuts. (b) Calculate the breakeven point in sales value. (c) During July 1,400 haircuts were given. Calculate the operating profit for the month. (d) Tara required operating profit of R21,600 in August. Calculate the number of haircuts that must be given in order to achieve this goal, (e) If 1,500 haircuts are given in August, calculate the selling price that would have to be charged in order to have R21,600 in operating profits.
