arrears. Originally they nominated a bank account for direct debit but that has now been

closed. In In addition to this you carried out a periodic inspection two weeks ago where you

found the property had some cleanliness issues (eg. greasy stove & exhaust). You arranged to

re-inspect after cleaning but when you arrived for your designated appointment the tenants

were not at home and have installed new deadlocks to which you do not have a key for access.
