The main findings in the inspection report were: Faulty electrical connections Leaking hydraulic pipes and connections Inadequate safety guards on machinery Insufficient fire-fighting equipment Incorrect accident recording and reporting Unsuitable protective equipment Outdated work procedures Lack of first aid facilities What legislation and regulations must management comply with regarding these findings, and to what extent must they be satisfied?
