Scenario

You are a business consultant to do an operations management report for a multinational automobile manufacturer company. You are asked to produce a slide presentation to themanagement board for the discussion about the concept of operations as well as the changing role of operations management in the corporation. Also, you have to explain the interdependencies between operations management and other functions within the business. You are free to choose an international organisation in the automotive industry as the case study of your answer.

This slide presentation to the management board should include the following:
