Expel all the air from the syringe. Place the end cap on the syringe or use your finger tip to cover the syringe. Pull the plunger and observe the water. What do you observe? Has the temperature of the syringe changed? Show a picture of boiling for each case, and find out the temperature using the thermometer and saturated pressure using the property table at each case. Explain why and how the water boils at lower temperature than 100 C
