Task 2.8 Undertake a safety walk-through of your work area at your workplace (or classrooms, computer lab, office rooms, Restrooms, Toilets in your AITE Campus) Consult with individuals (other students, trainers) in the work area about the hazards present. For any one of the hazards that you identify, prepare responses to the following questions in the form of a Full- page Report: 1 What is the hazard/incident that you identified? 2 Who is exposed people to the hazard? 3 Identify duty holders? 4 How often are people exposed to the hazard that you identified? 5 Has this hazard already caused any problems? 6 Analyse how easily could someone be hurt in other words explain what the level of the WHS risk is? 7 What could be the impact of the hazard and how seriously could someone get hurt? 8 What are the factors related to this hazard need to be considered, as per WHS laws
