These are to be: 1 Customer 1 Colleague 1 Supervisor, manager, or Head Chef Forms must be included in your submission. b. You need to source verbal feedback on your menu from 1 customer. Document the questions you verbally asked the customer and their responses. c. Based on the feedback received adjust your menu accordingly and detail the changes you have made from your original menu. (Up to 150 words)
