Task 4 - Monitor and Review Work Plan

Scenario

It is critical that you are able to monitor and review your own work. Weekly performance monitoring helps to ensure that you are meeting your work goals and completing your tasks on time and successfully. Contingency management planning is about reviewing your plan due to delayed timelines, missed deadlines, lack of resources, required or scheduled training and professional learning development. These need to be recorded on your Work Plan as they happen and the necessary adjustments made.

As you progress and complete the tasks each week, you must update your Work Plan accordingly. If you fail to complete the task on time or if you do not complete it satisfactorily, reallocate time in the plan and use the Monitor & Review column to provide a brief explanation.

1. Unfortunately, one of the courses you have enrolled into for Professional Development has a delayed start time of two weeks due to the provider needing to rebuild their website after a cybersecurity breach. This will affect your current scheduled Work Plan and you will need to consider how you will deal with this challenge to adjust your schedule accordingly.
2. Update your Work Plan for all tasks completed up to date, noting the challenge referred to above and any other amendments in the monitoring column; remember to save your changes and submit your updated Work Plan using appropriate version control Personal_Work_Plan_v3 into the correct folder
