You will need to submit a report (SPREADSHEET 1) to your supervisor showing the following:
- The total number of guests divided between adults and children.
- Which rooms will be designated for each employee, and who among the employees with no expected companions will be staying together, considering your supervisor's instruction about prioritizing the lowest possible rate.
- The total cost of the hotel accommodations per night, and per the duration of their stay (three days, two nights).
NOTE: Management hasauthorised the use of a group discount of 10% and is willing to provide an additional 10% discount if the total price of the stay exceeds $3000. This should also appear on your report.
