Task B In Weeks 6 and 7, we focus on quantitative research. That focus guides Task B. This task requires you to identify a leadership challenge that quantitative evidence could assist with solving and outline an appropriate quantitative research design for your specific research question. Note: Again, you can choose the same leadership challenge you discussed in Assessment 1 and/or in Task A here or identify a different one. Either way, you will need to briefly introduce your challenge to the reader. Your 750-word written submission should include the following: briefly discuss the nature and context of the leadership challenge (including reference to existing research), and present the research question(s) (and hypotheses if applicable) that will guide your design explain the quantitative approach you would adopt, justifying this choice in relation to both your question and your context describe of how you would collect your data, including your plans for sampling explain how you would analyse your data, including what statistical test(s) you might use.
