Refer to the Project Vision Document submitted in Assessment Item 1 regarding COVID-safeguard project. In this assignment, you are required to prepare various system analysis activities for the proposed system.
Please refer to the marking guide when preparing your response to see what criteria and standards will be used to assess your work and your progress.
Assessment Item 2 Tasks
This assignment has four (4) tasks as described below:
Task 1. Create one questionnaire that you would send to one stakeholder group with an aim to help you identify further details about the environment, the problem area and/or how the system would operate to help solve the problem.
- Identify which stakeholder you are going to send the questionnaire to.
- Write an introduction statement that will go with the questionnaire explaining the purpose of the questionnaire.
- Write 10 questions, seven (7) closed-ended and three (3) open questions.
- This should be written as a questionnaire that could be distributed.
- Only write the questions, you should not write the answers.
Task 2. Draw a use case diagram using all possible use cases and actors for COVID-safeguard system. Also write brief use case descriptions for any five (5) use cases.
Task 3. Develop System Sequence Diagrams (SSD) for the use cases you have identified in Task 2 of this assignment, so you need to develop five (5) SSDs.
Task 4. Write a fully developed use case description using ONLY one use case for the proposed COVID-safeguard system.
