Task Instructions: You are going to CSR Short Courses. Your team will create a digital marketing strategy that accounts for the entire customer journey. You will be evaluated on research and strategy. Your evaluation will consist on your teams and your individual work (see rubrics below). Each of the team members should select one of the parts from Market Research or Digital Marketing Strategy (see Project Scope below).

Increase sales, popularity and branding on UCW short courses. We want to widen the scope and offer the short courses to UCW students, international and onshore professionals that want to update their knowledge by taking a flexible short course.
