Task: Risk Management Proposal for a Unique Project

You will research to find current, interesting, or unique construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area, Toronto, Canada, and then choose one to use.

A good source of information on current developments in downtown Toronto is the Urban Toronto.ca website(urbantoronto.ca), where you will find many current, unique projects to choose from. Although my preference is for projects in the Greater Toronto Area, I will accept any current, interesting or unique project in North America.

Please Note:

You may use project information from the internet; however, the Analysis and Mitigation Plan should be based on the methodology and framework illustrated in Construction Management JumpStart 3rd Edition and include your original ideas and specific proposals.

The criteria for this paper are:

To be approximately 1,500 of your own words (your analysis and proposed risk mitigations), plus Descriptive plans, pictures, diagrams, and text from other sources (all together 7 to 10 PGS), also Use a different colour/bold font to differentiate your own text from other sources of text, and Be sure to include references with footnotes.

To do this task:

Choose a current, unique or interesting construction project to use when writing the Risk Management Proposal. Perform your own Risk Identification and Assessment Analysis on your chosen project. Create a comprehensive Risk Mitigation Plan and Summary. In addition, choose one or two of the more significant risks to focus on and analyze in greater detail, addressing risk evaluation(s) and proposed mitigation(s).
