In this module, you will demonstrate your ability to apply state statutes, regulations, and policies to your rights and responsibilities as educators by presenting an overview of important issues affecting education in general or a specific scenario. You will provide a thorough analysis of the issue and its ramifications for educators. You should cite at least six (6) specific sources pertinent to the issue(s), including court cases, state statutes, and local/state policies. The presentation is intended to display your knowledge of legal issues and the application of that knowledge to education, as well as your creativity in presenting the information, as specified in the rubric.
