Team Cohesion & Aggression Using the same Canadian athlete as step 1. 1. Describe your athletes team experience. a. Do they compete in an individual, interactive or coactive sport? b. Are they part of a smaller subset (ie. Defensive line) within their team? c. Are they a leader on their team? d. Are they an effective member of their team? Give support. 2. Would you consider your athlete aggressive? a. Make sure to explain why/why not with supporting evidence. 3. Has your athlete had any issues with their aggression levels? a. Do they get penalties? b. Have others reported that they are not aggressive "enough"? c. Do they tend to use hostile aggression? d. Have there been any aggressive incidents outside of the sporting arena?
