Team leaders must often choose team-building activities to clarify roles, improve interpersonal communications and relationships, and set goals. To choose the correct team-building program one must first understand the various activities that result in the desired outcomes.

 

Imagine you work with a group of consultants and you have been asked to present team-building programs to team leaders at a sales firm.
