Your Team Profile - Please Include:

  • A list of team members outlining each of their strengths and weaknesses
  • By combining your individual results, description of your team's overall strengths, weaknesses, and potential challenges
  • A list of a minimum of 6 team values and a description of each value shared or supported by all members of the team (ie. you can all stand behind each value).
  • An initial distribution of roles within the team for the length of the class. This may be rotating or assigned.
  • Description of why you are assigning the roles the way you are. This should include the acknowledgment of the strengths of each team member for the role.

b) Your team Charter

Must have:

  • A list of 6 guidelines of acceptable behaviours that will be used to guide your team. One sentence description for each behavior minimum. These should include action words that outline the expectation of the behavior (what it will look, sound, feel like and how you will recognize or know it has or hasn't happened).
  • A performance standard that includes 3 levels.

For instance 0 = no evidence of the behavior,

1 = sometimes but not consistent display of the behavior,

2 = consistent evidence of the behavior.
