Team Project 701 Summer 2022 This is a team assignment where you will have the opportunity to use the course content in a practical way by planning a real project. Your Project Team has chosen a project and received feedback. Please take care to review the feedback and if needed, make adjustments to your scope.
Duration of your project: 3 months Budget: CAD 100,000
The project must include an event to celebrate the end of the project. You may be creating a new service or program, but you will plan a pilot to take place within the 3-month project timeline. This is the same project you worked on for Parts 1 & 2.
You will submit one file, including an updated WBS, Schedule, Cost and Risk Planning + Lessons Learned
Project Part 3 & 4 (50) Planning - WBS (10) Schedule, Cost, and Risk (25) Now that you have defined and refined your Project Scope, you will proceed to Schedule and Cost planning. For this assignment, you must prepare several documents and then combine them in one file for submission. All items should include a note of those that worked on the section. This is not for grading purposes but may be used for issues such as academic integrity or a lack of participation. You are all required to review the final submission.
You are required to provide an updated and corrected WBS.
1. WBS: Updated and Corrected (10) WBS was reviewed in July 15th Virtual Session. Zoom Recordings Modules 8-14. Submit the same two formats as you did in Parts 1 & 2. Do not include project management deliverables.
2. Milestone List & Project Schedule (7) Provide a milestone list for your project including at least 5 milestones. Ensure your milestones are relevant and represent important achievements in your project.
Create the Schedule for your project, detailing the activities necessary to accomplish the work described in your WBS and the correct sequencing. You are expected to highlight the Critical Path and provide a Schedule baseline (weekly).
3. Project Budget (10) Here you will provide a cost breakdown for your project. If your cost estimate is bigger than the given budget, you should identify areas where the cost/scope can be reduced.

For each risk, you should provide the basic information (risk number, risk, description, category, risk owner and root cause) and identify possible risk response actions for the top 5. You must have at least two positive risks (opportunities), and the remainder can be negative risks (threats).
Then, perform the qualitative analysis (probability and impact) and rank your risks based on the risk exposure (probability x impact), Please create a PI chart. (template provided)
For the top 5 risks, identify triggers and potential responses. Highlight these top five in your grid and in your Risk Register.
Lessons Learned(10)
Describe the lessons learned while planning your project Each Team member should contribute This includes Part 1 & Part 2, as well as Part 3 & 4 Address what you have learned including: Start: What would you have done differently if you could start again?
