You will work in teams to complete this assignment. The team project will be presented in both written and oral formats in two stages. Each team is required to select a company for which an organizational issue(s) has been identified. The issue(s) should relate to a subject that we have studied in class, i.e., ineffective leadership, ethical issues, poor employee motivation, etc. (The issue cannot be a non-organizational behavior subject, such as poor marketing.) The team's role will be that of a consulting firm that has been called in to examine the issue(s) and make recommendations for improvement. You will be presenting your findings and recommendations to the CEO and her/his staff
