Team Project/Presentation: 20 points (10 points for paper/10 points for presentation) due 12/5 Teamwork is one of the most important aspects of effective management. In any work setting, whether the private sector, the public sector or non-profit, the important mission critical work of any organization is usually addressed by teams. You will work in teams to complete this assignment. The team project will be presented in both written and oral formats in two stages. Each team is required to select a company for which an organizational issue(s) has been identified. The issue(s) should relate to a subject that we have studied in class, i.e., ineffective leadership, ethical issues, poor employee motivation, etc. (The issue cannot be a non-organizational behavior subject, such as poor marketing.) The team's role will be that of a consulting firm that has been called in to examine the issue(s) and make recommendations for improvement.
