Teams Case

The CEO of Jones Industries (a company that provides accounting services to medium sized businesses) loved the last consulting you did for him so much he has brought you back!This time to deal with a whole new problem.

He has decided to put his employees into teams.All his employees do, essentially, the same job (yes, this is not the situation in real life, but for the purposes of the case they all do the same type of accounting), he needs help in deciding how to make up the teams (e.g., put junior people with senior people?), as well as how to pay them (e.g., as individuals, as a team?).

He is looking to you for answers.And once again, he wants this information in the next two hours.*

*Note:As the CEO wants the information in 2 hours (although, obviously, you have until the assignment is due to turn in your memo), you are not expected to have sort of advanced research (aside from the book and slides---there are no external links to read).Likewise, no citations are needed.Furthermore, as you are given no further information about the situation, your "plan" will be viewed in such a light.
