Read the Teamsters v. Wells case. Be sure to focus on the issues described in Required Reading.

1. Can you identify which party appealed the jury decision and why? 2. Based on Ch 13 information about leverage during a strike, comment on the information the union was interested in obtaining from Donna Wells, and why it was interested in Odom's other warehouses and incoming shipments. 3. Do you think this case is an aberration in union behavior, perpetrated by a few bad actors, or indicative of all unions? Why or why not? 4. Given your intended career, is it likely you will belong to a union in the future? Are unions common in your intended industry?
